Coconut Cheesecake Smoothie
Ingredients
for 4 glasses (8-oz each)
10 ozs mango pulp
9 ozs pineapple cubes
1 organic lime
3 ½ ozs cottage cheese
7 ozs kefir
3 ½ ozs coconut water
1 tbsp shredded coconut

Preparation steps
Cut mango into cubes. Rinse lime in hot water, rub dry and peel off zest. Then cut lime in half and squeeze out juice.
In a stand mixer, finely puree 9 oz mango, pineapple and lime juice together with cottage cheese, kefir and coconut water. Divide among 4 glasses and serve coconut cheesecake smoothie with remaining mango pieces, lime zest, and grated coconut.
