Spicy Carrot Juice with Curry Foam

½ small lime
1 sprig cilantro
½ tsp mild curry powder
½ tsp hot curry powder
¾ cup carrot juice
2 tbsps milk (1.5% fat)

1 citrus juicer, 1 cutting board, 1 small knife, 1 teaspoon, 1 small bowl, 1 measuring cups, 1 deep bowl, 1 immersion blender, 1 milk frother
Preparation steps
Squeeze out juice from half a lime.
Rinse the cilantro, shake dry, pluck leaves and cut into fine strips.
Mix together mild and hot curry powder in a small bowl.
Combine the carrot juice and lime juice with 2/3 of the curry mixture in a tall vessel and puree briefly with an immersion blender.
Combine the remaining curry mixture with the milk and blend with a milk frother to a stiff foam. Pour the carrot juice mixture into a tall serving glass, spoon the curry foam on top, sprinkle with cilantro and serve immediately.
